If most of your sleep on Election Night happened while dozing in and out of cable news coverage, you weren’t alone. According to data from a health-tracking device called “Oura,” Americans lost a total of 138 MILLION hours of sleep last Tuesday night.
The company says that by the next night, Wednesday, sleep patterns had returned to normal, which is somewhat surprising, since “Election Day” didn’t come to an end until Saturday, and even now, there’s still drama.
