If you’re at least 18, you can enter to win once daily until September 7th at 11:59 pm to win one of 4 grills and gift certificates – a $299 value. One winner will be drawn weekly starting 8/18 on consecutive Tuesdays until 9/8. This is a shared contest being run simultaneously and concurrently with 93-7 K-Country. Full contest rules below.

Between August 10, 2020 at 6:00 am and September 7, 2020 11:59pm, listeners may enter daily at www.windfm.com/contests and/or www.937kcountry.com/contests for the chance to win both a Char Broil Advantage Black 4-Burner propane gas grill model #463343819 and a $100 Belleview Meats & Seafood gift certificate. Basis for valuation of the prize is the total face value of the gift certificate ($100) and approximate retail value of $199 for the grill. Total prize value is $299. Prize does not include propane. Some assembly required.
On consecutive Tuesdays (8/18, 8/25, 9/1, and 9/8) one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, contacted by phone, and awarded the prize. We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning. Prize is not eligible for mailing and must be picked up at the WIND-FM/WOGK-FM Ocala Office.
This contest is being run concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations in Ocala/Gainesville, Florida, associated with North Central Florida Media Group. Listeners of each station will be competing against each other for the same prize. One prize will be awarded weekly between all who register through both stations; WOGK-FM and WIND-FM.
One entry per person, per day at each station’s web address. Submitting more than the allowed entries will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
This WIND-FM & WOGK-FM contest is open to all eligible Florida residents 18 or older have not won anything on WIND-FM or WOGK-FM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months and reside within 100 miles of their main studios. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WIND-FM & WOGK-FM, North Central Florida Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communications within a one-hundred-mile radius of WIND-FM’s & WOGK-FM’s main studios are not eligible to win any contest. Main studio address is 3602 NE 20th Place, Ocala, FL 34470. Immediate families include the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals from whom the employee is current legal guardian.
All decisions of WIND-FM & WOGK-FM are final and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes without prior approval and without additional compensation.
No purchase necessary. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes. WIND-FM’s & WOGK-FM’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WIND-FM & WOGK-FM will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
