Happy birthday to U2 drummer Larry Mullen Jr. He’s 60.  

On this date in 1975, Queen released “Bohemian Rhapsody,” which shot straight to the top of the British charts and stayed there for eight weeks. In America, it hit the Top 10 twice, in 1976 and again in 1992 as part of the “Wayne’s World” soundtrack.  

On Halloween day 1970, Led Zeppelin started a four week stay at the top of the album charts with the acoustic-flavored Led Zeppelin III.
