Today in 1975, AC/DC released their debut album, “High Voltage” in their home country of Australia. Only two of the songs would make it to the international version, which came out the following year.

In 1972, Pink Floyd premiered the beginnings of “Dark Side of the Moon” live at London’s Rainbow Theater. It’d be another year before they finished the studio version.

And the Clash kicked off their first US concert tour on this day in 1979. The first song they played was “I’m So Bored with The USA.”
