In 1974, the members of Emerson, Lake, and Palmer were arrested in Salt Lake City, Utah, after getting caught skinny dipping in their hotel’s pool. They were each fined $75.

Also in 1974, Elton John released “Bennie and the Jets”. The electric booted, mohair suit-wearin’ “Bennie” would eventually give Elton another #1 hit.

And today in 1993 Rod Stewart reunited with his former Faces bandmates, including Ronnie Wood and Kenny Jones, to play a couple of songs on a British award show. Bassist Ronnie Lane was unable to play due to his MS, so Bill Wyman of the Stones filled in.
