UPDATE: Missing Ocala man found safe in Panama City after Silver Alert

MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) — The Marion County Sheriff’s office shares that Hoard Paul Fenner was found safe in Panama City.

Originally published 6.13.25 at 12:13 p.m.: The Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) has issued a Silver Alert for Howard Paul Fenner, 83, who was last seen around 2:30 p.m. on June 12, 2025.

According to MCSO, Fenner left his residence at 2415 NE 59th Place in Ocala to take his garbage to the local dump and has not returned. He was last seen wearing black shoes, black sweatpants, a white and light blue T-shirt, and a Navy veteran’s hat.

Fenner was driving a gold 2005 Toyota Camry with Florida license plate JULR70. His vehicle was last spotted in the Pensacola area, traveling on I-10. Authorities note that Fenner shows clear signs of dementia.
