OCALA, FL (352today.com) – The Ocala Metro Chamber & Economic Partnership (CEP) proudly announces that Interim CEO Tamara Fleischhaker has successfully completed the Certificate in Workforce Development Fundamentals, a nationally recognized program jointly offered by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) Foundation and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
Fleischhaker was selected as part of the program’s third cohort and is now among just over 150 professionals across the country to have earned the credential. Over the course of six intensive weeks, participants explored the critical intersection of economic and workforce development through expert-led sessions, interactive exercises, and applied learning, culminating in a final online assessment.
“This certification reflects Tamara’s commitment to advancing inclusive workforce strategies that meet the evolving needs of our region,” said CEP Board Chair Charisse Rivers. “We are incredibly proud of her achievement and excited to see the lasting impact this expertise will have on our community.”
The CEP remains dedicated to fostering a resilient, future-ready workforce and sees this milestone as a testament to its leadership’s drive for innovation and excellence.
