Pig is a mixed-breed dog who weighs 35 pounds with a bit more growing left to do. He’s already great on a leash, is calm on car rides, and would make the perfect adventure buddy!
Seven weeks ago, Pig arrived at the Humane Society of Marion County along with his animal named litter. Since then, he has made a best friend at the shelter – Dump Truck. The two look so much alike only difference is the direction their ears flop.
Pig is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready to find his forever family. Visit him at Humane Society of Marion County, 701 NW 14th Road in Ocala, open from Monday to Saturday, 10am-6pm.
On August 30th from 10am to 5pm the HSMC is hosting their very first open house. Stroll through their kennels, meet adoptable pets, and enjoy food from Billy’s Cheesesteaks and Izzy Pop.
