Looking for a furry friend who’s equal parts sweet and spunky – the best of both worlds?

Meet Molly, a gentle 8-year-old dog with a heart as big as her personality, waiting to meet you at Marion County Animal Services (MCAS).

Molly is a gentle soul with a white coat and charming red patches. She arrived at the shelter in March after her owner unfortunately passed away. With the next of kin unable to take her, Molly was left without a home. Despite the heartbreaking circumstances, Molly’s joyful spirit has remained intact. She’s a happy-go-lucky girl who’s ready to fill her golden years with love, play, and lots of cuddles.

Think of Molly as the pumpkin spice latte of dogs – sweet as sugar and spunky as spice. She may be considered a senior, but don’t her age fool you – this girl knows how to play and get a little rough and rowdy when the mood strikes. But when playtime is over, she is ready to chill out and relax on the couch with you.

Molly is great with other dogs and people but prefers cats to stay away. She’d thrive in a home that is offers both activity and downtime – the perfect balance for this pup that is the best of both worlds.

If you’re looking for a bundle of pup happiness, Molly could be your new best friend. Visit MCAS website or stop by the shelter and ask to meet Molly.

Here’s more good news – this month you can adopt Molly for free with the Marion County Animal Services Clear the Shelter Month. The shelter is located at 5701 SE 66th Street in Ocala and is open from 10 AM to 5 PM Tuesday through Saturday.
