Bright red bags covering the meters signal free parking, providing residents, visitors, and shoppers an opportunity to enjoy downtown businesses, restaurants, and events with ease.
While parking is free at all metered spaces, normal regulations, including time limits in certain zones, will still be enforced to ensure turnover and availability for everyone.
