Belleview promotes Clayton Caruthers to Field Operations Manager for Public Works

BELLEVIEW, FL (352today.com) -The City of Belleview is proud to announce the promotion of Clayton Caruthers to the role of Field Operations Manager for the Department of Public Works. In this role, Caruthers will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between the Public Works Director and the field teams, overseeing project scheduling, managing daily operations, coordinating project planning, and providing essential oversight to the field operations team. His promotion reflects both his outstanding contributions to the department and his continued dedication to improving the infrastructure and public services of Belleview.

Caruthers has been a valued member of the Public Works field team for several years, having worked on a range of projects aimed at improving and maintaining the city’s infrastructure. From road repairs and stormwater management to utility maintenance and street improvements, Clayton has helped with the successful completion of projects throughout Belleview.
