On Tuesday, September 8, The Pearl Project will officially kick off its Give4Marion campaign with a Ribbon Cutting and Give & Get Happy with The Pearl Project event at Midtown Station in Downtown Ocala.
The Ribbon Cutting will begin at 4:45 PM, followed by the Give4Marion Kickoff Event from 5:00–7:00 PM. We’re putting together a fun, casual evening centered around community and connection, with networking, games, raffles, prizes, and an opportunity for guests to learn more about the incredible work The Pearl Project is doing.
While The Pearl Project is well known for supporting foster and adoptive children and families, its impact extends far beyond that. Their mission is focused on helping vulnerable children while building a more trauma-informed, healing-centered community. Through caregiver education and support, trauma-informed training, support groups, camps and retreats, and other resources, they are creating an impact for families, caregivers, professionals, and individuals throughout our community.
One of our biggest goals with this event is to involve as many local businesses and community partners as possible. In return, we want to provide meaningful exposure and recognition to the businesses that step up to support such an important local resource.
There are several ways to be involved, whether through a raffle donation, in-kind contribution, sponsorship, sharing the campaign, or simply joining us on September 8. We would truly love to have you and your team represented in whatever capacity makes the most sense.
