Regular hours for prize pickup
Winners may pick up prizes at the Ocala office located at 1901 E Fort King Street in Ocala. Positive I.D. is required. Prize pick-up hours are from Monday through Friday between 12 pm – 5 pm or through special arrangements made with the Promotions Department. Winners have 30 days to pick up the prize. If you are unable to pick up your prize in person, please call (352) 622-5600 to make arrangements.
All winners who have email addresses will be emailed prize forms for them to sign electronically using either a smartphone, mouse, or similar device prior to coming to our studios to claim their prize.
Holiday hours for prize pickup
We will be closed on Thursday & Friday for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
We will be closed on Friday, December 23rd & Monday, December 26th for the Christmas Holiday.
We will close at 12N on New Years Eve. We will be closed on New Years Day.
We will be closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
We will be closed on Monday, July 4th in honor of Independence Day.
