A new survey found about two out of five people say they feel less connected to other people because of the pandemic.

 

And one out of six say they’ve even called a customer service line just to talk to another human being.

The survey also found two-thirds of people say they’d prefer to talk to a customer service person who’s NICE than one who gets things done fast.
