Discovery Center is now offering Virtual Learning Pods for students enrolled in MCPS Online, Florida Virtual School or Marion Virtual School. Students will be supervised in a clean safe environment that is socially distanced with a maximum of 10 students per pod. Pod Leaders will support students during virtual learning hours and supervise lunches, breaks, outdoor recess and after school fun including Discovery Center hands on science activities. Face coverings and temperature checks will be required for entry.
Tuition is $120/week for members and $130/week for non-members. Hours are 7:15am-5:30pm Monday through Friday (closed for school holidays. The program is available October 12-December 18 for kids in grade first through fifth grade.
