Tuna melt has made a resurgence in popularity

The pandemic has brought back the TUNA MELT.  Apparently, mentions of it are up 30% on social media since March.

And really, it makes sense that tuna melts are having a moment.  First of all, they’re delicious, pretty easy to make, and definitely qualify as “comfort food.”

And second, the ingredients are all things that are fairly easy to get right now.  Tuna melts don’t require fresh meat or produce . . . just canned tuna, mayo, cheese, and bread.  Plus, once again, they’re delicious. 

Comeback? @kkrader I say the tuna melt never died! On a more serious note, this article has the recipe for ketchup, something that I would never have thought important before this year. …
