Sleeping With Your Partner’s Dirty Shirt Could Improve Your Sleep

According to a new study, if you’re away from your significant other, you can sleep better by smelling their unwashed shirt.  The researchers found people who put their partner’s shirt on their pillow slept longer and better than people who didn’t. 

They also conclude it provides the same benefits as taking a sleep aid like melatonin supplements.
