On December 9th, Wind-FM Text Club subscribers will be able to enter the “Trans-Siberian Orchestra Ticket Giveaway” by texting in keywords to 888-946-3362. Subscribers will listen to Wind-FM all day on December 9th for the keywords to text to receive entry into the Trans-Siberian Orchestra Ticket Giveaway for the concert on December 13th at the Kia Center in Orlando, FL.
There will be a total of 10 keywords, one each hour, 8am-5pm, which subscribers can enter for their chance to win. One entry per person, per keyword. Listeners will have until the end of each hour to text in the keyword.
Each winner will be contacted on December 10th. Eleven winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, contacted by phone, and awarded the prize.
The prize contains:
- One pair of tickets to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert on December 13th at the Kia Center in Orlando, FL
Prize is retailed at $215.40.
One entry per person, per keyword for a total of 10 possible entries into the contest. Submitting more than the allowed entries will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
WYND-FM contests are open to all eligible Florida residents 18 or older have not won anything on WYND-FM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WYND-FM, North Central Florida Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communications within a one-hundred-mile radius of WYND-FM’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate families include the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals from whom the employee is current legal guardian.
All decisions of WYND-FM are final and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes without prior approval and without additional compensation.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning.
No purchase necessary. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes. WYND-FM’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WYND-FM will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
