From Friday November 21st at noon to Sunday November 23rd at midnight, NCFL Deals Patrons will be able to enter the “NCFL Deals App Download Contest” at windfm.com or 937kcountry.com. Patrons will be emailed and told to download the Wind-FM or K-Country app and told to turn on notifications before Friday, November 21st at noon. They will receive an app notification on November 21st at 12pm noon with an exclusive link to enter the giveaway. Subscribers will also be able to access the exclusive link through a banner on the app.

There will be a total of one winner.
There will be a total of one notification sent to app subscribers, sent on Friday November 21st at noon, and a banner on the app with the exclusive contest link, which subscribers can enter for their chance to win. One entry is possible. Listeners can enter from Friday, November 21st at 12pm noon to Sunday, November 23rd at midnight.
Liking a Facebook page or sharing the post presented at the end of the contest entry form is not incentivized and listeners will not receive bonus entries for either action.
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, and contacted on Monday, November 24th by email.

One possible entry into the contest. Submitting more than the allowed entries will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
We will make reasonable efforts to award the prize before the start of the event.
North Central Florida Media contests are open to all eligible Florida residents 18 or older that have not won anything on the applicable site they have entered from in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of North Central Florida Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communications within a one-hundred-mile radius of North Central Florida Media’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate families include the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals from whom the employee is current legal guardian.
All decisions of North Central Florida Media are final and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes without prior approval and without additional compensation.
No purchase necessary. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes. North Central Florida Media’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. North Central Florida Media will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
