Felon’s gun falls out of pants in front of cops

And now, a criminal who was taken down by big pants and cake batter ice cream.

There’s a 34-year-old guy named Emmanuel Lovett in New York City, and he’s a felon with robbery and drug convictions.  As a felon, it means he can’t own a gun.

Well . . . on Saturday night, he went into a combination Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins on Coney Island, New York.  And as he walked in, he adjusted his pants . . . and a LOADED GUN fell and landed on the ground.

Three transit cops just happened to be in the shop at the time.  The NYPD’s transit chief says the cops were there because one of the cops, quote, “had a craving for cake batter ice cream.”

The cops quickly grabbed him and the gun.

He was arrested for felony criminal possession of a loaded firearm.
